Patagonia is LARGE, and South America is huge.

The more complex logistics you add, the more can go wrong.

Choosing a few regions rather than multiple is a wonderful idea! Sure, you could try to squeeze Torres del Paine and El Chaltén in one trip, but, you are going to feel like you are getting ushered about from place to place, constantly checking in and out, negotiating, and worrying about where to keep your luggage and what to pack.

If you have two weeks, choose a week for each place.

Keep it simple. Don’t make fifty percent of your lifetime trip in a car or plane.
